GFNY Pittsburgh Monroeville 2025
Pittsburgh, PA - Project412 is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership that will bring international cycling to our region. We're partnering with GFNY to host GFNY Pittsburgh–Monroeville, marking the first time this prestigious event comes to our area on September 21, 2025.
The race will start and finish in Boyce Park, Monroeville, just 15 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, and will feature two spectacular course options designed to challenge riders of all levels:
70-mile competitive race with 7,756 feet of climbing, making it the most challenging event on GFNY's 2025 USA calendar.
41-mile recreational ride with the same signature climbs and comprehensive on-course support.
Riders will experience rolling hills through Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties, breathtaking views over Beaver Run Reservoir, the 1.7-mile "Cima Coppi" climb, and a finale featuring punishing grades over 15%.
As a local sponsor and community partner, P412 will help promote the event, host pre-race training rides, and showcase Pittsburgh's vibrant cycling scene to a national and international audience. This partnership represents a significant milestone for cycling in our region and demonstrates our commitment to growing the sport locally and regionally.
